Any project that we have given to the company has resulted in a quality product. The school’s “Reflections” – a magazine published three times a year and sent to our friends, graduates and benefactors – is very professional. We give the materials to be included to the company. The resulting layout and design is very tasteful, the printing of the magazine is timely and the mailing has saved “many man-hours” for the Advancement Office.

We are particularly satisfied with the mailing service of Multi-Media Services. The have reduced the number of lost alumni, updated our current lists, and the school has had fewer address changes. The school has used their mailing services for other bulk mailings which have been taken care of very smoothly.

Besides the “Reflections”, Multi-Media Services has printed other brochures which the school has used for Advancement, Marketing and other fund raising. The layout and design is very professional and the school has received many compliments on these works. Notre Dame has one large format graphic which we use to advertise our annual corvette raffle. This graphic has been very helpful when it is impossible to take the car to a particular venue. It is a “work of art”.

The turn around time of the company is another advantage to using Multi-Media Services. It is exceptional. Adjustments and corrections are completed within a day, speeding up the delivery of the final project. The pricing is fair and I would recommend their services to anyone who has a printing or graphic need.
