High Speed Archival Scanning to PDF

Multi Media Services can provide you with an affordable alternative to traditional printing or the retyping of entire documents. We can scan printed manuals, documents or other publications and create PDF files (electronic files) of the documents. We can either store the PDF files in our database or burn them onto CDs for your own use and distribution. Scanning is also a great way to archive critical information. (In order to view or print PDF files, you simply need to have a copy of the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed on your computer.)

Our CD design and packaging will leave a lasting impression on your prospective clients as well as your long-time customers. It may also save you money in shipping costs when you compare the size and weight of CDs vs. traditionally printed pieces. Please ask any of our customer representatives for more information.

Short-run Digital Printing:

On-demand digital black & white (b/w) and full color printing

With the improvement of technology, certain pieces that could only be printed in a traditional offset manner can now be produced using digital printing. This process of printing is especially cost effective in the following situations:

Small quantities of a given product
Fast turn-around time required (less than 48 hours)
Training manuals, price books or other dated information that might require regular changes to sections. (Traditional offset printing is biased towards longer runs and may increase your risk of having wasted inventory when changes are made.)

Combining the advantages of the high-speed scanning equipment and on-demand digital printing, manuals or books can be converted to digital files such as PDF and produced on demand.
