Branding

Every company needs to promote itself and its brand effectively and consistently with all of its correspondence. This includes business cards, letterhead and promotional material.

Newsletters and postcards are extremely effective means of reaching an audience. Multi Media Services has developed a system to allow regular updating and mailing of newsletters and postcards.

Our graphic design team develops an expensive-looking masthead for the piece (information that will be the same for each mailing), and then prints one years worth of mastheads. This gives our customers a low cost per piece using a striking four-color process. Each month we imprint the dynamic (changing) information in black ink on a portion of the pre-printed mastheads. The result is that the overall cost per piece remains very low.

Newsletter content often doesn't get to us until the last minute and needs to be turned around quickly. We are able to work with this tight time frame because our black imprint can be printed from any of our presses. This reduces the time in queue!
